Dana Gagnier is a very accomplished builder, and is known for being an unusual talent in his field. Dana is knowledgeable in all phases of construction. He is a master carpenter. He has more than 25+ years of experience in the field of building and is able to execute all phases of ground-up construction independently, including framing, roofing, plumbing, electric, etc. Over the years, Dana has successfully completed numerous projects including building chalets, building additions, finishing basements, building detached garages, rehabbing homes that seemed to be beyond repair, and building regular and high end homes. Dana brings an old school work ethic to all projects and is known for doing “the work of three men” (a quote from one of his sub-contractors) when on a job site. Dana is a sought after individual who has been called upon to solve challenging building problems/issues on site that others could not solve (such as how to attach an unusual roof of an additon to an originial, small Catholic church in New York). Dana is passionate about restoring vintage and historic barns in America and has amazed his clients, as he takes on these extremely challenging tasks with both ARTISAN and BUILDING expertise, resulting in tremendous outcomes. Beyond his barn work, Dana, along with Spirit Properties LLC currently buys and builds homes for rental portfolios .
